What's for Dinner, Fri., July 8 2022

Going to my friend's house for dinner tonight and if the rain cooperates, we'll be dining out on the patio.

She says she's ordered Thai food. I remember she said : Thai curry puff and chicken satay. Also crispy tofu.

It was a quick pickle I made this morning before work. I hope my kiddo won’t balk at the radish.

Cheeseburger with extra sharp cheddar, dill pickle slices and tomatoes from the garden on a toasted English muffin, seasoned crinkle cut fries (accidentally ordered those, but won't be making that mistake again.)

I ate my burger around lunch time, cold, no cheese, with tomato from the garden, no sides.

I'll probably have a mint chocolate chip ice cream cone later.
