I'm saving my appetite for the hearings, throughout which I will be munching on all kinds of delicious goodies. First off will be sliced pears and ricotta cheese sweeted with agave and flavored with fresh thyme and chopped mint. Freshly ground black pepper.

After that, a watermelon-strawberry-mango smoothie.

7. Husband had a poached egg

on toasted English muffin with slice of extra sharp cheddar. I had a bowl of (canned) pineapple chunks and just threw a cinnamon raisin bagel in the toaster oven. No cream cheese in the house, tho.
