What's for Dinner, Tues., July 12, 2022

Shrimp over tossed greens with raw vegetables like cucumber, carrot, onion, etc. Stuffed green olives and
sundried tomatoes, minced. Thousand Island dressing.

In addition: German potato salad. Lupinis in tomato sauce. All cold.

Lots of iced decaf Earl Grey. It's hot here, almost 90.

Dessert: a bear claw I picked up at Panera. Covered with sliced almonds. Iced decaf with the bear claw.

I just picked up a rotisserie chicken.

Salad greens from my garden, with added sliced tomatoes and cucumber, hard rolls, and iced tea.

Ice cream for the guys’ dessert.

So it's going to be BLTs, without the L since I'm out and what was in the garden has perished in the heat.

For even more umami. I finished it off with some Cabernet Sauvignon. Coppola wines are good and cheap
