Posting early due to late afternoon meetings.Turkey salad in a wrap. I made the salad from a roasted turkey breast plus chopped celery and onion from the garden. Mayo-based dressing. Plan to have this on low-carb wraps with crisp turkey bacon to line the wrap. Chopped avocado goes on top, too.
I cut different kinds of herb leaves to sprinkle over the salad before closing up the wrap. Mostly basil and mint, but marjoram, too. Chives.
To go with it, a bowl of cherry and yellow pear tomatoes.
Dessert: three squares of milk chocolate and a blueberry milkshake.

(10,433 posts)My neighbor gave me a good bottle of balsamic last Christmas, and I think I've used most of it on brussels sprouts. Mostly to drizzle over sprouts from the air-fryer. Since I had the tuna, today I made the reduction for both and it turned out great.
