(2,823 posts)I'm just gonna call this "snacking" to keep my energy levels up. Coming out of a fibromyalgia flare (or damned determined to come out of it, anyway!)... I'm moving furniture around in the family room and cleaning it. Too much furniture, too little room... and trying to be creative.
Anyway... snacking on Hostess crunch donettes and diet pepsi. Dontcha know, one cancels out the other (gryn)! Later on, I'll have a biscuit and and egg sandwich, and maybe one with butter and jelly to treat myself. Doc says I need to gain weight. Might as well do it having something that tastes good.
Okay... back to trying to set up my computer desk and equipment in a way I can see the TV and still have the cat treats with arm's reach. Some things are just top priorities, ya know! (LOL)

(35,687 posts)one egg, scrambled, with a few slices of Genoa salami and served over a quarter bagel. Tiny breakfast but hits the spot.
Slightly, I have a friend who is getting over pneumonia. He was told by the docs to gain weight and to eat lots of pasta meals. He told me in one week he gained a pound.
