Tea now later grilled roast beef with cole slaw and Swiss cheese.

21-seed toast and a peach yogurt.

sausage, egg & cheese, tots and salsa in a flour tortilla

5. Mocha and water...

and a toasted cinnamon raisin bagel with cream cheese topped with more raisins. Husband had his yogurt and banana earlier, plus the last two leftover blueberry biscuits. He's still hungry and it's chilly here this morning, so he just made oatmeal with peanut butter, butter and brown sugar.
