(36,281 posts)Chinese Cooking Demystified, Made With Lau, Souped Up Recipes, The Bare Pantry Show for Belizean recipes, and of course the New York Times food section online edition. I'm still pretty old school though-- I generally prefer cookbooks.

(6,253 posts)I'm fond of Glen Powell, a Canadian who does all kinds of interesting recipes, especially from old cookbooks. On his Facebook page, I've seen him go back to recipes from the 17th century!
He also shows how to cure meat, to recreate Coca-Cola, Dr. Pepper, and KFC, to make all kinds of different flavors of ice cream. And it's all presented in a low-key, Canadian kind of way.
