What's for Dinner, Fri., Oct. 14, 2022

Pasta with chicken and basil pesto.

Cucumber-tomato salad with fresh dill (all of this from garden).

Gingerberry kombucha.

Dessert: sliced apple with Brie. A few cranberry-pumpkin seed Rainforest crisps.

p.s. Hugh, enjoyed your photos yesterday!

I did some photos on yesterday's dinner, but they didn't turn out. They were blurry, so I decided not to post them.

The First Mate bought some fresh crab meat this morning and has already made up the cakes. She’ll fry them and served them on a bed of lettuce with tartar sauce and lemon. Hot sauce is optional. We’ll also have some green beans and kettle chips.

The marina we’re staying at has a small beach with a fire pit so we’ll have our chocolates there to watch the sunset.

so falling back on the Red Baron pepperoni pizza I picked up yesterday. Going to add the leftover meatballs, baby bella mushrooms, onion, banana peppers and more cheese. Green salad with lettuce and tomatoes from the garden, as well as some onion, balsamic vinegar and olive oil.

Water to drink. Didn't get anymore ice cream this week since nothing sounded good, not to mention it's getting pretty cool in the evenings here recently.
