Is anyone else a fan of Mrs. Crocombe?

I just love these "The Victorian Way" videos produced by English Heritage. I don't have much if any, English blood coursing through my veins, but I do love this series. And the recipes are interesting and always included in the description under the video in case you want to give one a whirl.

and they were great with tea but I was the only one who seemed to like them.

Caraway isn't just for sour rye bread and pretzels, it goes very well with a lot of sweet stuff.
