Anybody have any advice that may not be included in the instructions or might be unclear?

Or any manufacturer of dairy products, really.

(4,694 posts)3. There are dozens of good articles and you-tube videos
for beginning cheese makers on the internet. We also found a cheese making class which was really fun and we learned a ton from it. Start with easy items like yogurt, ricotta and mozzarella to build confidence. I'm very partial to chevre. It's super easy and delicious, but you need a source of goat milk, plus not everyone likes the flavor. Our first aged cheese was camenbert (we used goat milk but cow milk works too).
