3. omelet

sausage & bell pepper (from the pasta left over from last night) and provolone cheese.
1/2 apple
coffee


I would normally have a scoop of salsa with my omelet, but the sausage and peppers had a coating of pesto and I didn't want to muddle up the flavors.

with shredded cheese and salsa. Juice and coffee. ☕

5. Good Morning! I started with black coffee.

TJ came home from work later and made chicken nuggets from the freezer, so I ate some. I made some horseradish mayo to go with mine.

6. After setting back four clocks

I had avocado toast on 21-seed bread.

Dandelion caramel nut roasted herbal tea, which is no caffeine and tastes just like caramel nut coffee.

7. Avocado Toast with a poached egg on top. And a homemade pumpkin latte.

I have tasty fresh peaches bought at Aldi that are surprisingly good. Have a great day.

9. We just finished an omelet.

I made a 4 egg omelet with chopped baby bellas and onion, extra sharp cheddar and feta. No meat this morning. He had 2 pieces wheat toast with butter and blackberry preserves; I had one piece with peach preserves. I gave husband 2/3 of the omelet, and still gave a good bit of mine to the dog.

Usual coffee, mocha and water.
