Made cottage pie for dinner.

I think it turned out quite well.

I'd gotten a hankering for it recently, and what I love about our modern age is that I was able to go on line, look at various recipes and videos, and make mine.

5. Technically speaking, Shephard's pie is made with lamb,

cottage pie with ground beef.

I do think that Shepard's pie is often used for both meats.

Personally, I don't happen to like lamb. So no matter what the name, it's going to be ground beef for me.

interchangeably and make it/them with impossible burger or beyond meat.

to my grandma's on Tuesday nights for dinner when my mom was working late and she always made cottage pie.
