Sheet pan dinner in the oven: Sliced delicata squash and small pork breakfast sausages tossed in maple syrup, olive oil, sage, S & P.

In addition, macaroni and cheese triangles with a little hot sauce.

Small dinner salad. Vinaigrette: olive oil, lemon, garlic, herbs.

Out of kombucha! Headed to WF to get some NOW.

Roasting tomatoes tonight.

Dessert: mug of hot cinnnamon-orange tea. Cranberry-almond Rainforest with mascarpone, sliced apple.

3. Two homemade pizzas

Pepperoni on one
Yellow, orange, green, and red peppers on the other

7. Egg Sandwich with cheddar cheese

Over easy so the yolk runs on my toasty bread. Yum.
Spinach and tomatoes on the side. The sandwich was so good I made a second one.
Still in denial about my new-ish, possible lactose intolerance, I had a small mug of frosty cold milk.
It was good.

8. i made a ye olde campbell's soup recipe, but pitched the tomato bisque. just tomato w/ br sugar +

cream w/ an onion + bell pepper, gr beef + black pepper. old school, but tasty/easy.
