Originally just egg and cheese on English muffing, but I have a portion of a ham steak that needs to be used soon, so ham, egg and cheese it be.

on 21-seed bread, toasted. Broccoli, red pepper, and I halved the bread so as to get only 11 carbs. Then I went outside to get my muscles working to burn up those carbs. I raked the parking area (large at my place, although not a lot of cars). Dragged the leaves to compost, about 300 feet away.

Decaf caramel nut dandelion root coffee.

Next up: slicing and breading eggplant for the freezer.
