Found some pumpernickel rolls at the store today so I made mustard sauce for the pork cutlet and turned that into a sandwich.

Cucumber tomato salad with cilantro and Caesar dressing

Tart cherry kombucha.

Bengal spice hot tea for dessert.

2. Salad topped with chicken...I had a Keto Yogurt with it it and a mozzarella stick.

4. Meatless Monday

9. It's Peanut Butter Jelly time!

It’s my day off so had a huge late lunch (pork chop, fried potatoes with a bunch of veggies, eggs, coffee). Just wanted something easy and sweet for dinner. Peter Pan and smuckers strawberry, toasted white bread so the peanut butter gets all melty.

11. Getting ready to take the ham out of the oven.

leftover deviled egg potato salad (figured that should finished before making the sweet potatoes), cranberries and fresh steamed asparagus with butter and fresh lemon (forgot I had it in the crisper drawer.)

Water to drink and Dutch apple pie is still available for dessert.

Not sure if I'll eat or not, have been feeling nauseated the past few hours and have been lying down for a bit.
