MamaIrisBlue olive dip, 1960s party time for adults
All done by eyeballing amounts and to taste. It gets better after an hour chilling.

1package softened cream cheese
1/4 c minced onions
'touch of garlic'-she uses powder, I mince a clove
drained (save the brine) green olives with pimento.
Mix, taste, "add a bit of the brine to taste"
Chill~at least an hour, taste again, add more brine if wanted.

I think I'll make up another round of it; that and hibiscus tea, too.

I'm looking for a spicy tea as an alternative to Sweet 'n Spicy Good Earth tea (they are having quality issues, it seems) and Bengal Spice might do it. I really want a loose tea, though, so I don't have to take it out of the bags.

and the variety of flavored ones, but it dries my mouth out something serious. But that Bengal Spice sounds tempting.

Mocha and water. Husband has had his yogurt, pie and deviled eggs and lots of coffee.
