Coffee first, last of the holiday leftovers.

1. Coffee is brewing

Lots of leftovers but think I will have something else, not sure what.

2. Coffee with cream now

Kodiak pancakes with blueberries later.

3. Sipping some coffee right now.

Sunday is bacon and egg day! YIPPEE!

4. Black coffee ☕ and last slice of pecan pie 🥧!

waiting to hear from the veterinarian about whether or not we can go get Audry

6. Boiled egg, heel of French bread, antique banana, coffee, rum-raisin ice cream. /nt

7. Splitting an omelet.

Bits of ham dug out from between the bones, asparagus, baby bella shrooms, onion, extra sharp cheddar and feta. Rye toast with with blackberry preserves on his, apple butter on mine.

We've both been drinking water, husband black coffee and me, my morning mocha.

Was not happy with the ham I bought for the second year in a row. They've been very marbled with too much fat. Makes me wonder if the pandemic caused them to either raise a different breed or change their feed. Last year's was Sugardale, this year's was Cook's which I've bought numerous times in the past without issue. The dog, however, has been happy about this development.

Large slice of watermelon, for starters.

Then mini-quiches: spinach, quiche lorraine, caramelized onion.
I am having a big of avocado-tomato salsa on each.

Brewed up a fresh pot of decaf French roast.

Awaiting the rain now; I cleaned up everything in the yard that shouldn't get wet.
