Saw the movie The Menu last week. It's a psychological thriller...

poking fun at chefs, food critics and foodies. Stars Ralph Fiennes.

We enjoyed it and it wasn't what I expected. Rotten tomatoes describes it as:

A couple (Anya Taylor-Joy and Nicholas Hoult) travels to a coastal island to eat at an exclusive restaurant where the chef (Ralph Fiennes) has prepared a lavish menu, with some shocking surprises.

It probably wouldn't be as fun if you aren't really into food.

As an aside, we were the only people in the theater which was kinda creepy.

It seemed to be the obvious choice. But no eating of the people. And also very little gore which was a plus for me.
