What's for Dinner, Fri., Dec. 2, 2022

Stuffed red peppers. Filling is roasted broccoli rabe and garlic with ground beef/pork. I put the filling on a sheet pan. Another addition to the filling is ditali pasta, which I tossed in pesto. When roasted it gets a chewy texture. I top the pepper with Parmesan and Cheddar.

Ginger kombucha.

Crime show night! So I'll stop by the store for some popcorn and have it with sliced apple and hot chocolate later on in the evening. My mom and I always used to do this and watch Alfred Hitchcock.
