Dessert: Peanut butter cookie.

1. Pulled Pork, coleslaw and mac and cheese.

2. Braised lamb shank.

Braised on a bed of Mayocoba beans with onion, a tad of tomato paste, rosemary, plenty of garlic, and white wine and chicken stock as the liquid. Toasted baguette to sop up the juices 🤗

3. Chicken marsala

with bowtie pasta, asparagus with a little butter and parmesan, and baked apricots for dessert.

4. Lasagna

Homemade, of course, with ground beef and ground pork sausage.

Garlic bread and a Caesar salad.

Chianti and pirouette cookies.

5. Tandoori shrimp

Well, it would be if I had a tandoor. So, marinated shrimp in the Indian style, grilled. Also rice and roast red bell peppers and green onions.

Maybe ice cream for dessert.
