and been having fun with that.

While they often look good, they don't look so good that I am reluctant to dig in, lol.

Sounds like you might be feeling better and I am glad. I am sore to my bones today from toting all my groceries, but it's all good.

Going to see my doc soon and make sure that its just a strained back since I still am having trouble, but I know back weirdness can take a while to heal.

Hope you have a great time cooking all the new groceries!

My husband gets serious back trouble from time to time. Once it hits, it can take weeks fro him to be ok, so I understand what you are going through. Hope that your bout is almost over.

made worse by my weakened abdominal walls (from multiple surgeries) - there just isn't much of anything to compensate for the stress on my back. It seems better today...still problematic, but I have been able to cut out the Alleve - which is REALLY bad for my stomach.

So I am calling it progress!

I hope your hubby never has to go through it again. Our dear friend Alan (even if he is a Rep!) has chronic back pain from years of construction and some long ago rodeo work. I cannot imagine having to feel this pain every day. He's my new hero! Well, unless he's talking politics.

Hope you are making more progress today.

Chronic pain is just a horrible thing and hard to get others to understand at times.
