Having a cup now with half 'n half.

Earlier I made scrambled eggs with thyme, green pepper, and scallion (both from my garden). On a pita bread, I put a slice of provolone and melted it in the air fryer. Then I rolled it like a taco shell and put the scrambled egg in.

BTW, I wanted to mention this because we had a bit of a C & B discussion on cage-free and pasture raised eggs. If you can get them, pasture raised is much better. The problem is they are little bit hard to get and they are more expensive. I have found that Aldi is now stocking pasture-raised for less than $5. The RG and I paid around $7 for some at Whole Foods and I couldn't even find them at ShopRite. Aldi offers a significant savings, therefore.

Maybe in a few hours I'll have some canary melon and blueberries with a mandarin. Toasted sliced almonds on top. At that point I'll switch to orange tea for the day.
