Had some syrup left from baklava
The syrup had honey cinnamon and orange zest. I also had some chopped walnuts mixed with cinnamon and sugar. I didn't want either to go to waste. I had made a recipe called Scotch Teas a couple years ago. I dug the recipe out and adapted it to use the syrup and nuts. I think I created granola baklava! Maybe g-f!
