2. Black coffee ☕, two eggs over easy, bacon and toast with

Buttermilk biscuits with uncured bacon and an orange, later.

4. Eggs and bakery bread toasted. Over easy. Guys, time to start your Christmas shopping.

5. Dark Chinese tea

Greek yogurt, vanilla, with a few slices of banana on top. Also chopped walnuts.

Half a Cheddar/jalapeno bagel with macarpone.

6. Cottage cheese

And coffee, of course. Today’s a cooking day for me—three kinds of gnocchi destined for the freezer plus at least three kinds of cookies.
