Naan bread pizza with shishito peppers blistered in the cast iron skillet. Mozzarella on top of the naan bread.

Tossed green salad with avocado cilantro dressing.

Passion fruit tangerine kombucha.

INGREDIENTS


Salted butter
Onion
Cottage cheese or famers’ cheese
Sour cream
Salt and black pepper
Fresh parsley or chives
I ADD DILL WEED
Step-by-Step Instructions
Add the butter to a medium-sized skillet over medium heat. Once melted, add the onion.
Cook until the onion is softened and starting to brown, about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Once the onions are cooked, stir in the boiled noodles.
After that, stir in the cottage cheese, sour cream, and salt. Top with black pepper and fresh herbs and serve it up!

Slow roasted lamb leg with mustard black pepper glaze. 140 internal temp.
Onion rings.
Creamed spinach.
Bunt walnut cake with sugar glaze.
Zin wine possible.

And it tasted more delicious because the original price was $82 and I bought it for $33.
