I made Curried Chicken Pasta Salad, a recipe of Ina Garten's. What I think made it so good was the addition of dry white wine to the mayo-based salad dressing. Also, I used curry that the RG's granddaughter brought back from one of her treks around India.

I used a short cut pasta, ziti, and put in broccoli, celery, cashews, chutney, scallions, and raisins.

For dessert: mango mochi.

Cherry kombucha.

1. Chicken Florentine with egg noodles

A pineapple smoothie later.

bacon & eggs on pasta.

Spaghetti carbonara. Caesar salad and garlic bread. Klondike bars for dessert. Chianti.

My son and his girlfriend are coming by to show us their videos from their trip to Arches National Park. Should be fun times!

Pizza and pork tenderloin sandwich.

Sharing an Aldi's chocolate candy bar 🍫 later with Loretta.

5. We're broke until the SS checks come in next Wednesday.

I have everything I need to make hamburger stroganoff sitting in the pantry and the frig, so that and small salads all around will be dinner at this casa. If grandson goes easy, we might get leftovers tomorrow... nah... never happen! (LOL)

7. Currie chicken and rice soup

Made from left over chicken and rice. Don't have any greens to put in time though so I'm thinking of going outside and picking some dandelion leaves or nurstrusium leaves haven't decided which yet. Saltiness and a cup of yogurt .

8. Peaches!

Peaches with Greek yogurt followed by peaches with real whipped cream.
