Love Max Miller's show. One of the fun ones was where he basically spent a good portion of a year making garum. Another one that dropped a couple of weeks ago was one that was a recipe for something that took three years to make.
What makes his shows entertaing to me (besides the history of the food) is watching his expression at the end as he tries it. He is often amazed at how many of his recipes actually taste good.
