(22,440 posts)added some onion and garlic. Made a wrap with cheese and a little ranch. Spicy avocado on the side.
Graham crackers and peanut butter dipped in whipped topping for dessert. Lazy peanut butter pie
I have always had trouble figuring out what to cook the week before Thanksgiving.

(141,726 posts)The star of this quiche is the bacon, which brings a smoky and salty element to every bite. The egg base is light and fluffy, with sweet caramelized onions and a layer of melty white cheddar cheese to add indulgence to the quiche. All of that goodness is surrounded by a flaky crust and served with lightly dressed mixed green salad to cut through all that richness.
(OK but not great, looking forward to dessert later, Nutella Hazelnut Crunch Cake in a Jar, layers of moist chocolate cake and luscious Nutella mousse, which are perfectly complemented by the irresistible crunch of hazelnut. Wish decent ice cream were available!)

but not bada can of minestrone and a grilled PB sandwich on dark pumpernickel to dunk in it. I think last night I fell asleep before I could figure out what I was hungry for, so this is an improvement, if a little weird.

(1,684 posts)A new place opened nearby so we decided to try the pizza baked in large industrial trays! They had vegan cheese so we were in luck. We ordered a half sheet so we have leftovers for lunch today. The pizza was great, thick crust, slightly sweet sauce with mushrooms and onions. Cheers!🥂
