What's for Dinner, Thurs., Dec. 4, 2025

Miso Glazed Eggplant. It is glazed with mirin, sake, grapeseed oil, honey, soy, and garlic. Sprinkled with sesame seeds and green onions, chopped. This will be made in the air fryer.

I bought tuna salad at the store because I can never do the boiled egg right. I plan on putting little spoonsful of this on a plate with olive flatbreads, sliced croissants, and sunflower seed bread. On top of the tuna salad will be a large caper berry.

Kombucha: cider-ginger-pear.

Dessert: Banana tapioca pudding. Hot Earl Grey tea with lemoon.

We got snowbound in the Lower Catskills so we dug into the freezer and found a rack of pork ribs. Slow cooked in the crockpot with barbecue sauce then we'll crisp them up in the broiler. Home fries and steamed broccoli. Yogurt with blueberries and honey for dessert.

and into the toaster oven until they started popping. Second time doing this and it was great. All these years I threw them away. Getting smarter maybe; maybe not .

Made a large pot of minestrone this morning. This version has onions, celery, yellow bell pepper, carrots, cabbage, leeks, chopped spinach, mushrooms, garlic, green peas, chickpeas, kidney beans and whole wheat macaroni. Cheers!🥂
