What's for Dinner, Sun., Feb. 1, 2026

Something hot for an appetizer, so I'm thinking to make a quickie soup, like French onion.

Ravioli with a drizzle of olive oil. Freshly ground black pepper, Pink Himalayan sea salt. This is the Rana ravioli I bought yesterday when I experimented with the smart cart. I think this one is short rib flavor.

Tossed baby spinach and spring mix green salad. Chopped vegetables like celery, radish, cherry tomatoes, green pepper, and cucumber. Bang bang orange dressing from the Choi cookbook, which I mixed up about four days ago.

Kombucha: cherry ginger.

Dessert: peach yogurt with blackberries sauteed in lemon juice and agave. Toasted almond slices over the top and hot tea.

My wife went out with her sister to a fundraiser and I didn’t feel like cooking so I just had a sandwich made with multigrain bread slathered with vegan mayo and Dijon mustard, sliced tomatoes, red onion, whole romaine leaves, smoked tofurkey deli slices and a slice of vegan cheddar. Also made a small fruit salad of strawberries, blueberries, grapes and clementine orange pieces. Cheers!🥂
