I'm planning on doing a cleanout of the fridge this am, so I'll be having leftovers, definitely a pot of tea and a slice of toast with peach jelly.

1. Raspberries

Over toasted buttermilk waffles. Yogurt over the waffles, and then the raspberries sprinkled on top.

Crispy turkey bacon.

Two or three tangelos, sectioned, and with a swirl of agave.

Toasted almonds sprinkled over the tangelos.

Hot Earl Grey tea.

4. How is your knee doing?

5. Hi, Emile

thanks for asking. I wish I could tell you it's better but it isn't. It gave out and I fell again. It's really hard to get up when your knee is injured. This was just in my bedroom, though, and it sure beats falling on a brick patio.

I didn't go out at all today because the ice is still bad. Tomorrow it's 34, though, so I think a lot of it will melt.

Rudy woke me up at 4:15 am, meow, meow, meow. His food bowl was empty.
