Broccoli Pine-nut Pasta Salad. I'm using rotini. It also has red pepper and onion plus garlic.
New kind of chicken sausage, which I thought would go well with the vegetable-bean soup I made: apple/bourbon.
Crusty artisan roll, toasted in the air fryer.
Dessert: apple-mascarpone strudel. Decaf coffee.

We found a butcher who imports beef from Argentina to Panama, (the local beef is mediocre). Last night, I put two strip steaks in a zip-lock bag along with a marinade of olive oil, garlic, chopped onions, Worcestershire sauce and salt & pepper. I plan to grill them on my electric grill.
Classic sides of whipped mashed potatoes with butter and creamed spinach. Red wine.

(1,877 posts)Aldis has their wild caught gulf shrimp again so I bought a few bags to freeze. Today I thawed a bag full (12oz), tossed them in a little evoo, garlic powder, S&P and paprika and air fried them for 4.5 minutes. Also made a steam-fry of chopped onion, broccolini, mushrooms and minced garlic that I tossed with cooked whole wheat couscous, vegan butter and parm. Cheers!🥂
