Breakfast Saturday 11 April 2026

Later this morning I am planning on making soft scrambled eggs with mushrooms & spinach, toasted English muffin and the usual pot of tea.

Minor irritation this morning, my clock radio decided to die today. So until I get a replacement, no lush voiced BBC newsreaders and commentators, bummer.📻

Woke up way too early. Coughing with a sore throat, and stuffy nose. Thinking it is allergies from being outside the last few days. Hopefully a cup of coffee, and cherry cheesecake will make me feel better.

Same here, Emile. I was surprised at how much a no sugar Ricola helped.

Vegetable hash—chopped broccoli, cabbage, and sliced creamer potatoes which I will put in a wrap.

Crispy turkey bacon slices.

Fruit salad at some point: melon, grapes, craisins.

Decaf Earl Grey.

I hope I'm not in trouble, lol. It did make me feel better for a little while.

Kodiak cakes with pecans and maple syrup, later.

Emile, hope you feel better soon. The cherry cheesecake looks delicious.
