Potatoes (small, white)
Feta Cheese
Smoked Gouda
Red Cabbage
and, wait for it......
HAM!
I was thinking a potato au gratin with the two cheese and ham or baked potatoes with cheese and ham and sweet/sour cabbage.
But I am open to any other ideas.

(106,886 posts)broiled. (I'm on a broiled sandwich kick. Got some good dark rye in and I'm putting together combos to broil quick)

(146,218 posts)I do have some lettuce, but will need to pick through it as it looks iffy.
We will head down to the "big city" on Thursday to make sure we are there when the family starts arriving on Monday, so I will be getting more groceries soon.

Salsa chicken, yellow rice and roasted broccoli with peppers and onions.
Oh, and I'm having wine, I earned it. I only drink one wine, Moscato, haven't found another I like.
