Just read this recipe in a book to be released March 2013.
I will of course have to test a few recipes before giving a proper review...

I'm going to try it this weekend.

I'm thinking the following for the ketchup:
Blueberries
Plumbs
Brown Sugar
Olive Oil
Garlic
Ginger
Shallots
Tomato
Apple Cider Vinegar
Lemon or Lime juice and zest
Chili or Cayanne Pepper
Cinnamon
Cardamom
All Spice
Salt and Pepper

If it works, I'll post the results.
