I get the cooked beef from a little store down the street. Owner is good with just shredding off some meat from the spike, wrapping it in foil and selling it to me as is.

The stuffing has chopped vegetables, turkey sausage (from Whole Foods--I love their turkey sausage), and ricotta cheese.
but that's it. It will be a light meal, much later on tonight.
Lots to do before Christmas.
