What's for Dinner ~ Saturday Dec 22nd

1. Two tomato pizza and a romaine salad

It is snowing and blowing....we have 6" on the ground. I've been baking all day. Need a break.

2. finally getting around to the chili

gotta make a store run so i can make cornbread to go with it.

3. Having a cookie making party this afternoon

So maybe I'll make a couple pizzas.

4. Shawarma (beef), rice and some left over roasted veggies.

I get the cooked beef from a little store down the street. Owner is good with just shredding off some meat from the spike, wrapping it in foil and selling it to me as is.

5. stuffed poblanos

The stuffing has chopped vegetables, turkey sausage (from Whole Foods--I love their turkey sausage), and ricotta cheese.

but that's it. It will be a light meal, much later on tonight.

7. Been eating my own cooking all week so I'm going to get some gizzards at Bush's Chicken.
