Tex-Mex Calzones

I know it sounds weird, but these turned out great!

http://cookingwiththemark.blogspot.com

Ingredients
1 package Trader Joe's pizza dough (You can make your own)
2 -3 cups chile
2 cups sharp cheddar cheese or Mexican cheese blend
Plenty of flour

Directions
Divide dough into fourths. Roll out each one into a circle about the size of a tea saucer. Fill half with chili and top with cheese. Fold dough over and crimp edges, being sure to seal.Pierce the top a couple times with a fork. Bake on a pizza pan at 375° for about 45 minutes, until golden brown. Be sure to cool a bit before eating. They get deceptively hot--I burned the roof of my mouth!
