Gotta make one of my favorites, easy cabbage soup.

Simple, brown some ground beef with onions, throw into a crock pot with some shredded cabbage, cover with a bottle of V8, an hour before it is done add about a cup of mixed vegetables.

2. I make a similar soup

Ridiculously easy:

.5 to 1 lb browned ground beef, or stewing beef cut up (not browned)
1 small bag frozen mixed vegetables
1 can petite diced tomatoes, with juice
1 envelope onion soup mix
3 beef boullion cubes
4 cups water

Mix together in crock pot and cook all day on low. Add cooked noodles before serving if desired.
