Soak the kale in salt water. Spin dry and roast until crisp. Add more salt if desired and enjoy.

They get crispier the longer you roast them. Eat them as is or crumble them and use them as garnish--they're yummy. And you can always add herbs/spices when you roast for extra flavor!

and throw them onto a half sheet pan in a low oven until they're all dried out.

I like them out of hand or crumbled over things. Dried kale used that way tastes almost like parsley, something else I like.

I like crunchy kale a lot better than I like soggy kale, even with lots of hot pepper and garlic.

I use a combo of (unmeasured) balsamic vinegar and nutritional yeast, and rub it with my hands into the leaves. If you just stir it, it doesn't stick to the leaves the same way. Then bake til crispy. Here's an official recipe with more ingredients: http://www.cook4seasons.com/archives/kale-chips/
