Salmon spread

http://cookingwiththemark.blogspot.com

Ingredients
A hunk of left over salmon (especially good from the previous recipe)
1/2 c sour cream
1/2 c mayo
1-2 t garlic powder
1 T horseradish
1-2 T fresh lemon juice
dash or two of cayenne (optional)
3-4 green onions, finely chopped
Paprika

Directions
In a large mixing bowl, mash the salmon with a fork. Then add remaining ingredients and mix thoroughly. The sour cream and mayo amounts may vary, depending on how much salmon you have. Place in serving bowl, cover, and put in fridge for a couple hours. Before serving, top with a dash or two of paprika. Goes great with Triscuits.
