(53,661 posts)If a person wants tart cups, they can made on the other side, too. I wouldn't go for one that calls for putting it upsidedown. But that's just me, some are adventurous.
Big on using cookie sheets under baking pans, too. Haven't cleaned an oven in years, too much work, so I make a point of avoiding that.

(272 posts)Tuiles and brandysnaps, I know, are baked flat, then molded when they first come out of the oven, while they're still pliable. Of course, I could be wrong about those cookies in the post you were referring to.
Great ideas for muffin pans! Except the kale thing. Bleh. But the apple cider donuts and the frittatas looked really good. And the meatloaf and mashed potato idea was intriguing... not as intriguing, though, as the question of how the heck they got mashed potatoes that were snow white. I don't think I've ever seen that.

(Yeah, I know you're supposed to freeze soup cubes for later nuking, but it's more fun to speculate on the odd presentation)

(11,304 posts)cup then use an ice scoop and scoop up stuffing and place in the tin. You have stuffing balls. Its delicious.

(6,151 posts)Warm tortillas to make them pliable, then stuff in between the protruding cups to make taco shells instead of buying those ridiculously expensive special pans.
