I'm having my watercress soup, which I didn't get finished until tonight. Because it's so bitter, it tastes wonderful with a counterpart of sausage.

Tommy had the meatballs with some buttered noodles and Maddie will be having spaghetti with meat sauce. Me, I am having a salad....had too much food at Jazz Fest.

i got home about 45 minutes ago and haven't worked up the motivation to even put together a sandwich. dinner may very well be crackers and salami.

I love v-8 juice. Love it with a dish of cottage cheese and some crackers. Not a bad meal.
