My fave is club soda with organic volcanic lemon juice (green bottles at Costco).

Or even things like Stevia. I just use extracts without any sweetener at all. gives the flavor without the sugar.
sodastream is wonderful.
My favorite flavors so far are plain lemon juice, raspberry, blackberry, apricot, ginger and natural root beer extracts.
I make a good imitation Ginseng Rush with lemon juice, ginger and ginseng extracts.

In the hot weather I like smoothies with watermelon, pineapple, blueberries and lime sherbert. Also add lime soda or margarita mix at times.
