Favorite Dressings or Marinades - Homemade OR Bottled!

Pinto mentioned a black olive marinade for asparagus that I'd never thought about, and I realized that I could really use some new ideas for marinades and salad dressings.

Have any favorites?

to make a real simple one that only
used like 3 ingredients.
Choice of oil , olive oil or regular veg oil, Vinegar either white balsamic or apple cider or there might be a rasberry vinegar and Seedless Rasberry preserves.
Blend or just whisk together .
For just myself I used maybe about
1 or 2? Tbsp. oil, 1/4 cup vinegar, and about 3 or 4 Tbsp of the preserves.
Could add a tiny bit of Dijon Mustard if you
want. S&P if you want.
I bet you could change it up by changing
the fruit in the preserves.. blueberry or blackberry maybe even strawberry

tried real plumb sauce, not the orange kind made with pumpkin, and it was yummy. All clear and found in the Asian food section of the grocery store. I'm trying to think of places I can use it.

Newman's Own Poppy Seed Dressing. They make salads worth eating.

And then there's Soy Vey's Very Very Teriyaki sauce.

I posted the recipe I use here a long while ago. If you want me to find it, I will be happy to do so. It's from the mid-century Good Housekeeping cookbook, and is very good with crudites. Mmmm.

And also with steamed veggies. A big plate of steamed veggies with curried mayo is a great supper, IMO.
