(146,218 posts)Stocked up. Have guests and cooked good steak and salad with melon/tomatoes/goat cheese last night. Ate in the cockpit at sundown. Wonderful night.
Tonight, not sure. Have to meet a guest in the little town, so may eat out.
Anyway, the weather and atmosphere are wonderful right now and DH is making bacon and crepes.

(35,662 posts)My kitchen is now super-clean.
I made an interesting salad with frisee', shaved fennel, red pepper, and purple cabbage. Very colorful. Made balsamic apricot vinaigrette to toss the salad with.
I made the meatballs and the sauce already. Just have to boil the pasta. I put lots of marjoram in the meatballs.
Off to the garden, first, however, to get in as much work as I can before dark.
Hey, cbayer, sounds like you're "back in the saddle," too!

I KNOW what my snack is tonight. Yesterday, I bought 3 big beautiful red bell peppers on
sale and I think I'm going to have 1 or 2 of them tonight with some low-sodium onion dip.
