I have beef ribs, bell peppers, and mushrooms!

I need a little help as I have never worked with this particular meat before. Can anyone give me a recipe idea? Otherwise i'll just make something up and see how it turns out. I need a flavor solution, it's a rainy day and some excitement is in order.

How about searing the ribs for a few seconds, then transferring them to a roasting pan. Place in oven at 325 until tender.

In the same pan used for searing, sauté mushrooms and peppers in some butter until lightly caramelized. Sprinkle with salt, pepper, paprika, allspice and just a little bit of flour. Deglaze with some red wine and worcestershire sauce. Let simmer until slightly thickened, then pour over ribs.
