a mix of two Trader Joe cereals (typically a fruit/fiber mix and something like their Uncle Sam or Golden Flax) with a scoop of our home made granola, topped with blueberries - almond milk, and a cup of my home-roasted coffee.....easily gets me through to lunch!

I know...way too healthy! - but we love it!



Sundays are always a fruit Dutch Baby, though....

with real maple syrup on the waffles, my main extravagance. Oh, and a fistful of pills.

I am so tired of pills.

but lately I have been having a smoothie. Some variations have been mango, orange. kale with chia seeds and I did a clean out the fridge one that I may need to repeat on purpose : chocolate almonds, blueberry kefir, with mango, strawberry and a bit of power greens.
