Bill has some pork and was talking about making stirfry for his night off.
I won't eat the pork, and I need to stay simple for a few days because of my tummy, so I may do something easy with the jasmine rice that we make to go with our stirfry dishes.

1. Spaghetti with summer squash

and tomatoes. A friend gave me a wonderful yellow squash, which I'll use in this recipe. It also calls for zucchini, but I think I'll have enough squash just using the yellow squash.

2. Blue cheese and green chile burger on ciabatta bun, oven baked onion rings.

3. Chinese takeout

Renate has a $50 dollar gift certificate.

4. Moroccan chicken.

With saffron rice and a salad.

I'll just nibble on this 'cuz I had a late lunch. I'm preparing for a busy week ahead: school will be back in session in two weeks. It will be nice to have some delicious items in the refrigerator in case I run out of time this week.
