The ears were too big for any of my pots so I had to stand them up one way and then the other.

Leftovers, but love 'em nonetheless.

A salad with a baked zucchini muffin to go with (inspired by July challenge thread).

Sauteed green beans and garlic.

7. Pasta and chopped fresh garden tomatoes.

I sauteed crushed garlic in olive oil and threw in a bunch of chopped tomatoes. Added about a half pound of cooked penne and simmered for ten minutes. Quick, easy and delicious supper.
