cooked up with some smoked pork shoulder and Hebrew National franks. I make a mirepoix and season it with thyme, garam masala and plenty of pepper.

Garlic bread and a salad.

The days are really hot but it cools down beautifully when the sun sets.

Hope you are well!

Not particularly in the mood to cook, so ramen noodles with a bunch of veggies, and a handful of shrimp.

If I get a little hungrier, maybe I'll throw an eggroll into the toaster oven. (I have this kick-ass HOT chinese mustard to go with, made by S&B. I've been looking for something this ever since I had hot chinese mustard at the chinese restaurant. I highly recommend it if you dig that o-so-wow feeling in your nose!)

Hot day here, going back out with my bedroll to "camp out". Not sure what I'll snack on, but stars will be in the mix.
